An order is a request
Placing an order on this site does not complete a sale. It tells the counter what you want. The shop then confirms it, quotes delivery, and the sale is made when you pay — so nothing binds you until you have seen the full figure.
Prices
Prices on the product pages are the shop's own list and are kept current, but the price that applies is the one on the bill the manager sends you. Weights on hand-made sweets vary a little; where something is sold loose it is priced by actual weight at the counter.
What the price includes
Prices shown include all taxes. Everything we sell is made by us in India — country of origin India.
Cancelling
You can cancel your own order until the shop accepts it — the button is on your orders page. After that, ring the counter. The shop may also cancel an order it cannot fulfil, and will tell you why.
Payment
There is no card payment on this website and no payment gateway. You pay the counter directly, usually by UPI, after they have sent you the bill. Never send money to anybody claiming to be this shop through any other channel.
Your account
You sign in with your own Google account. Keep it to yourself — anybody who can sign in as you can see your orders and addresses. Tell us if you think somebody else has.
This website
The photographs, wording and design are the shop's. The site is offered as it is; it is a shop's website, not a service with an uptime promise, and it can be unavailable while it is being worked on.
Where disputes go
These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction. Before any of that, ring the counter — nearly everything is settled in one phone call.
