How an order works
- You place it here. Nothing is charged, and nothing is committed yet.
- The counter sees it and either accepts it or rings you. You can cancel it yourself, from your own orders page, right up until the shop accepts — after that somebody is already weighing and boxing, so cancelling becomes a phone call.
- The manager messages you on WhatsApp with the bill and what delivery costs for your address.
- You pay the counter directly, and send the screenshot back on WhatsApp.
- It goes out, and you are told when it is on its way.
What delivery costs
It depends on where you are, and the branch manager quotes it before you pay — never after. Nothing is added to your bill without you seeing it first.
Where we deliver
Around each counter. If you are not sure whether we reach you, ring the nearer one before ordering — it takes a minute and saves a cancelled order.
- Bareja — +91 99245 22976
11, Vinayak Complex, opp. Shreeji Baug, Bareja · open every day, 9am to 9pm - Shela — +91 83209 13757

Collecting instead
You can always collect from either counter, and there is no delivery charge if you do. Say so when the manager messages you.
If something is wrong
This is milk, dahi, basundi and mithai — made fresh, and not the kind of thing that can be sent back and resold. So the rule is simple and it favours you:
- Check it at the door. If something is spoiled, short, or not what you ordered, say so to the person handing it over, or ring the counter the same day.
- We replace it or refund it. The counter decides which with you, on the phone. There is no form.
- We cannot take back perishable food that has been out of our cold chain — once it has sat out, it is not safe to resell, and no shop should.
Refunds go back the way the money came, usually the same day. If an order is cancelled before it goes out and you have already paid, you are refunded in full.
Food safety
Everything is made in the Bareja kitchen and driven to Shela the same morning. Milk, dahi and chhas are made daily; nothing is bought in and relabelled.

An FSSAI licence covers one premises. Each shop holds its own:
